As part of our growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our specialist Team, based in our Southampton office.

Our existing team offers extensive expertise in all areas of family law work. All the fee earners are members of Resolution and as such are committed to adopting a constructive and holistic approach utilising the full suite of non-court dispute resolution options, where appropriate, and to undertake court proceedings when required. The team regularly receive referrals from other teams such as residential conveyancing, private client, employment and company & commercial. This role offers exposure to high quality work from day one and provides excellent opportunities for career progression.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 7+ PQE lawyer looking for their next challenge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of existing relationships built up through professional and/ or personal connections and possess a strong reputation in the Southampton area and its surrounds, ideally with a following.

The successful candidate will have sound technical and procedural knowledge with strong organisational and financial management skills and be dynamic in their approach with a desire to take an active role in marketing and business development to assist in the further development of the Southampton family team and to support the fee earners from the other offices. Whilst there will be a need to work autonomously the candidate must be a team player and committed to see the team go from strength to strength.
