Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Salisbury
Job Type: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our Salisbury Front of House team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the smooth operation of our busy office environment with a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming post and ensure accurate recording and distribution.
- Maintain and monitor stationery supplies, ensuring timely orders and organization.
- Provide cover for Reception/Telephonist duties when required.
- Prepare refreshments, clean and maintain coffee machines, and manage kitchen supplies.
- Ensure meeting rooms are stocked, tidy, and prepared for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies, manage the dishwasher, and monitor consumable levels.
- Handle banking, deliveries, and postage as needed, ensuring prompt service.
- Support all teams with general administrative duties and liaise with Reception.
